Or you can send a short, free-form e-mail to info@rom-logicware.com. Note that we will never distribute personal information or addresses to third parties: our customers are our most valuable asset.

If you wish, cancelling the newsletter is simple, either by using the Contact Form at www.papyrus.de, or by sending a short e-mail to info@rom-logicware.com). (We provide the entry form as a service, but you are not required to use it to subscribe to or cancel the newsletter.)

Papyrus users who already receive free updates to the current version via e-mail (as described on the Download-Page) do not need to send an additional registration for the newsletter.

Telephone hours

For those customers who prefer to "speak to a human", we do still answer the phone. Telephone hours are from 11:00-13:00 & 15:00-18:00 CET (Central European Time), Monday to Friday, except for Wednesdays (we reserve Wednesdays for shipping orders).

In plain English, that means you may call us at +49-30-4999-7373 from 11am-1pm & 3pm-6pm CET, which means 5am-7am & 9am-12noon US-Eastern Time. The "plus" (+) in the telephone number means "international access", so replace it with "011" when dialing from the USA or Canada, or with "00" when dialing from most other countries (such as in Europe). If you reach the answering machine it will speak German, but all our employees speak English as well.

You are welcome to send support questions (in either language) via e-mail anytime, but please note that telephone technical support is Tuesday & Thursday afternoons only, from 15:00-18:00 CET (9am-12noon US-Eastern).
