One notable feature of Papyrus is the easy-going, familiar contact
we have with Papyrus users. One side-effect of this is that many new Papyrus
customers are the result
of recommendations from current Papyrus owners, who are
delighted with the software they use, and want to share this experience
with their friends.
We feel that this enthusiasm and dedication should be rewarded,
and not just with a "Thank you!" and a pat on the back.
Instead, we offer concrete rewards, with real value.
So, as a knowledgable (and registered) Papyrus-user,
- Are you convinced
that Papyrus is a valuable, time-saving, and easy-to-use program?
- Do you dislike monopolies, and think that more variety in the
software market serves to increase competition, with positive effects
on both quality and price?
If you agree, we can help you, and you can help us, by becoming a "Papyrus-Ambassador".
You have the rare chance to give your friends a "hot tip"
with a clear conscience. We promise to keep up our side of the bargain,
in the form of continual, dedicated software development.
If you have demonstrated Papyrus to someone, and they follow your
lead by purchasing Papyrus Office, we reward your effort with $20.
Who said that "good deeds go unrewarded"?
Now that we have your attention: how does it work in practice?
It's really quite simple. Your friend (the "advisee") orders
Papyrus, and lists you (as registered Papyrus-owner,
with your serial number) on the order
as "sponsor", complete with both of your addresses.
We deliver the Papyrus Office and the license key to your friend,
and send you a coupon for $20.00 (), good on your next upgrade or
other order (we would prefer to credit rewards directly back to the
recommender, but international bank transfer fees make this impractible).
Both sides benefit: you get a little financial help for your next order,
and we get a new, happy customer (we assume that someone who doesn't
like Papyrus would not take your advice).
$20 rewards result from
new purchases of the full version only.
Recommendations for discounted new purchases (student discounts, or cross-grades
from third-party text-processing and DTP software) are credited with $15 rewards.
Rewards for network and other multiple licenses are similarly pro-rated.
